Lucas is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and took great pains to educate me about Tennessee roofing issues (vastly different from California). He was with me every step of the way in dealing with my insurance company and the installation was painless and the cleanup was great. His crew even replaced a window screen that apparently they damaged in the process without his requesting them to. That is impressive. It is rare that I encounter people so passionate about their work and Lucas made for a wonderful experience

Lucas Miller is hands-down one of the most professional and gracious individuals and home construction business owner we have met in a LONG time. He generously and without hesitation took a LOT of time to talk me through some steps we could take to mitigate construction issues we've been experiencing with our brand-new home build, and provided the name of a structural engineer to assist. If you are in need of a new roof I cannot recommend this company enough! After many other roofing companies stopping by my house (because my roof was in such terrible shape) I was hesitant because my insurance was not going to do pay and I would be paying out of pocket. Spencer and Lucas were both so easy to work with, always showed up and did what they said they’d do and worked with me on my budget as well as chimney repairs. They were both here on installation day and when they were gone, not one nail or any remnants of my old roof was left behind. Thank you both so much! I love my new roof!

Lucas and his team did a free inspection on my roof. They discovered wind and hail damage on my roof, downspouts and fascia boards. He did a great job of explaining the insurance claim process and walked me through submission. He was familiar with my carrier and helped me facilitate an insurance inspection which confirmed damage. Once approved, he quickly scheduled a crew that installed my roof. The crew worked dawn to dark to finish my shingle roof in one day.
Lucas did what he said he was going to do at a competitive price. He was responsive to my questions and was on site during installation. These qualities are rare quality in today’s service industries.

Provision roofing and restoration is by far the best roofing company in middle TN. The staff is Very professional. The owner Lucas miller is very involved from beginning to end.
